Kapha Dosha
People with Kapha prakruti would naturally be calm and cool. These people speak slow and would have radiant skin. But they are a bit lazy, and so they like to sleep till late. These people should take up the work or activities that would help in making their brain sharper. Having fruits and vegetables in the diet can help.
