OnePlus 5 Camera features the exact same line up of the dual camera, mic and the flashlight as the iPhone 7 plus.
The dual camera rig encases a 16-megapixel sensor which captures the wide shots and a 20-megapixel sensor captures your zoomed-in photos. When you hit the shutter, both lenses capture light and the post-processing does the rest. The app offers an impressive array of manual control, including ISO, shutter speed, and more.
The Bokeh effect doesn’t look natural and the colours are oversaturated. Similarly like the iPhone 7 plus and Google pixel when they came, the camera was not good enough, later over time, they fixed it in future updates. So I’m hoping the same for the OnePlus 5 camera as well. Despite the great hardware, the photos don’t impress. Even in good lighting, photos featured softer edges and less detail than I expected. Autofocus was pretty fast but was not always accurate.
