19 Most Power-Packed Dialogues and One-Liners From Hollywood

0

Dialogues form the essence of films and play a very crucial part in the successful execution of the screenplay. It is not uncommon to find people lip-syncing their favorite dialogues while watching movies, or even imitating and mimicking the dialogues that they love the most.

The audience may not remember the song and dance sequences in the film, they may not remember what the actors wore or how they were dressed, they may not remember the director of the film, but what remains etched in their memories are the whistle-inducing, standing ovation worthy dialogues that the actors render during the course of the film.

Top 20 Famous Hollywood Movie Dialogues Of All Time

Further, the effect of dialogues is such that, if a person is to be considered a true fan of an actor or actress, he/she must be able to deliver, with the same voice intonations and feel, at least a few famous dialogues rendered by their favorite on-screen character. After all, it is the dialogues in the film that bring the script to life and help capture the attention of the audience to involve them deeper into the fabric of the film; the audience becomes spectators.

It is for these reasons that perfect dialect, appropriate intonations and voice modulations, and clear pronunciation of the words are stressed upon while training actors for their respective roles.

Here are 19 of the most power-packed dialogues and one-liners from Hollywood (arranged in the order of the date of release)

1. James Bond Movies – (1962-2015)

“The name’s Bond, James Bond.” (James Bond)
“The name’s Bond, James Bond.” (James Bond)

The name James Bond was suggested by Ian Fleming, the writer for the series, based on the most boring moniker he found on his bookshelves — a name of the author, of a bird-watching guide turned out to be classic of all time.

2. Frankenstein – (1931)

"It's alive! It's alive!" - Frankenstein (1931)
“It’s alive! It’s alive!” – Frankenstein (1931)

Dr. Frankenstein’s original line was censored — “It’s alive! It’s alive! In the name of God! Now I know what it’s like to be God!”

3. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves – (1937)

"Magic Mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?" - Snow White and the Seven Dwarves (1937)
“Magic Mirror on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?” – Snow White and the Seven Dwarves (1937)

Snow White was the only major character that the then-18-year-old Adriana Caselotti lent her voice for. She even won the Disney Legend for the same in 1994.

4. The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes – (1939)

"Elementary, my dear Watson."- The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes (1939)
“Elementary, my dear Watson.”- The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes (1939)

This line does not feature in any of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s stories. It was invented just for the movies.

5. Gone With the Wind – (1939)

"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn." - Gone With the Wind (1939)
“Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn.” – Gone With the Wind (1939)

‘Damn’ was told to be removed by the censor board two months before the release of the movie. But it was retained after the producers came up with 22 variations of the line and nothing satisfied the persons involved.

6. Casablanca – (1942)

“Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine."
“Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine.”

Casablanca has the most quotes in the top 100 best Hollywood dialogues. Many of the actors who played the Nazis were, in fact, German Jews who had escaped from Nazi Germany.

7. Planet of the Apes – (1968)

"Get your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!"
“Get your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!”

Many are not aware of this, but the secret behind Charlton Heston’s great acting and gravelly delivery were this –he had the flu through much of the direction and production.

8. The Godfather – (1972)

“I’m gonna make him an offer he can’t refuse.” (Marlon Brando)
“I’m gonna make him an offer he can’t refuse.” (Marlon Brando)

There is some variation of this line which appears in all three Godfather movies. Whenever oranges appear in the film, they foreshadow death or a near-death involving the Corleone family.

9. Star Wars – (1977)

"Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope."
“Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You’re my only hope.”

Sir Alec Guinness, who played the character, got weird requests from fans to come and help them solve problems like Obi-Wan-Kenobi.

10. When Harry Met Sally – (1989)

Dialogue from When Harry Met Sally - (1989)
Dialogue from When Harry Met Sally – (1989)

The initial draft of the film did not have a happy ending for the two protagonists. When it was time to film the revised happy ending, Billy Crystal rendered much of his dialogue with Meg Ryan, including this beautiful and most remembered line of the film, without a script.

11. The Godfather: Part III – (1990)

"Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in." The Godfather: Part III (1990)
“Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in.” – The Godfather: Part III (1990)

Mario Puzo, an American author, and screenwriter, whose literary estate had 20 different versions of the Godfather III script written between 1978 and 1989, recently sold at auction to a private collector for $625,000.

12. Forrest Gump – (1994)

Forrest Gump - (1994) "Mama says, 'Stupid is as stupid does.'”
Forrest Gump – (1994) “Mama says, ‘Stupid is as stupid does.’”

Although Forrest Gump was the reason for the popularization of this phrase, it is actually a variant of the old adage, “Handsome is as handsome does”.

13. Titanic – (1997)

While collecting the Oscar award for the Best Picture, Director James Cameron repeated this line on the stage, but later on, admitted to making a fool of himself by doing so.

14. Fight Club – (1999)

Fight Club - (1999) "The first rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club."
Fight Club – (1999) “The first rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club.”

Interestingly, following the film’s release, several fight clubs were reported to have started in the United States.

15. Gladiator – (2000)

Russell Crowe, the hero disagreed on this line with the director Ridley Scott. The script was riddled as being a “shit” script which eventually went on to be nominated for Best Original Screenplay at the 2001 Oscars and Crowe, who hated the script, would win Best Actor.

16. Spider-Man – (2002)

Was the first Marvel movie to showcase the flipping pages Marvel logo. Tobey Maguire said he had never read a Spider-Man comic book but took the role because he liked the script.

17. The Pursuit of Happiness – (2006)

Jaden Smith, who plays Chris Gardner’s son, is Will Smith’s real-life son and Christopher is Jaden’s middle name.

18. The Dark Knight – (2008)

The Dark Knight - (2008) “Why so serious? Let’s put a smile on that face.”(Heath Ledger)
The Dark Knight – (2008) “Why so serious? Let’s put a smile on that face.”(Heath Ledger)

The brilliant dialogue rendition by Heath Ledger’s ensured that this line remained in the top positions of the most powerful dialogues list for a long time to come.

19. The Avengers – (2012)

The Avengers - (2012) Tony Stark: "Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist."
Steve Rogers: “Big man in a suit of armor. Take that off, what are you?”Tony Stark: “Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist.”

As can be seen from the above list, some of the most famous dialogues and one-liners have such a power-packed punch second to nothing else. And most of these movies are those that we love and revere, and one big reason for that is the dialogues and the screenplay. This clearly indicates the importance of dialogues for films. The relation between the two is like hand and glove.

Newly launched OnePlus 7 Pro
Newly launched OnePlus 7 Pro

This May 14 the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro made their official debut internationally. And most of the leaks and rumours around that phone was true. The OnePlus 7 Pro sports a pop-up selfie camera, triple rear camera setup, bezel-less design and much more. The main attraction of this phone is its display, the device has a 6.67” QHD+ 2k resolution display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Powered by a Snapdragon 855, the device has 12GB RAM with 256GB storage (UFS 3.0). And the much-required stereo speakers are here! Its price starts at 49k INR.

Xiaomi hints at a new flagship killer 2.0

So this one’s really interesting. What happened was after OnePlus launched the OnePlus 7 Pro, Xiaomi, on their social media channels shared a pic (find it below) congratulating OnePlus for their new flagship. The congratulations message in the image was from Flagship Killer 2.0. Wondering what’s this flagship killer 2.0? It’s none other than our Poco F2. Last time Poco (Xiaomi’s sub-brand) mocked at OnePlus as the OnePlus 6T had the same processor as the Poco F1, but Poco F1 was priced around 20k INR cheaper than the OnePlus 6T. This time too Poco seems to repeat the same which means we’ll be getting another great device that sports the Snapdragon 855 in around 20k. Another thing to notice in the image is that the letters ‘K’, ‘2’ and ‘0’ were highlighted in red which increases the possibility of Redmi K20 being the Poco F2. (Redmi K20 is un-released but leaked, it is believed to be the Poco F2 and the Redmi X)

Google admits it’s having a hard time finding a name for Android Q

Android Q is on the horizion with pretty nice logo
Android Q is on the horizion with pretty nice logo

Ever thought how android names are decided? If you look at the Android version name history from android 3.0 Cupcakes, you’ll find that they are in alphabetical order. Like after KitKat it was lollipop, followed by marshmallow, nougat, oreo and pie. You may have noticed that they are all names of some desserts, and that’s right. So basically, Google needs to find a dessert name that starts from Q for their latest Android version 10 Q. All this is because the founder of Android Andy Rubin loved desserts.

PewDiePie is coming to India!

PewDiePie smug Posing soon to meet Indian Fans
PewDiePie smug Posing soon to meet Indian Fans

So all the PewDiePie fans thank me later for this information. PewDiePie (aka Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg), the world’s 2nd most subscribed YouTuber (currently 96M subs), has previously given used many racial slurs against India and Indians. His actual rivalry was against T-series but as T-series is an Indian company, he made this fight of his against India. This proved to be a source of great subscribers loss. Well, many of we Indians are still PewDiePie fans (I’m not). Two of his T-series diss-tracks (which contained vulgar slangs against India) were removed from YouTube. Then, T-series dethroned him from the throne of the most subscribed YouTuber (and is still ahead with currently 98M subs). PewDiePie is going to make a redemption song recorded in India. The dates are still unknown but most probably he’d come to Mumbai (as he has many fans there). He may be eating some Indian snacks too including Soan Papdi, and some other Gujarati dishes.

Recent Law Reforms in India That Everybody Should be Aware Of

Law is basically a set of rules and regulations that controls the conduct of society and those who don’t follow these rules are penalized in some manner. It is a vibrant subject and also keeps changing according to the time and needs of society. Vital laws come into force every day and hence it is important as a citizen of the country to be aware of them.

From 2018 onwards there have been some huge changes in the Law that were liberating to for a specific group of population and some were amended providing relieving to a different group of society. Without further ado lets jump in and take a look at some of the recent changes which are amended in the past year:

1. Adultery

Divorce

The Supreme Court of India recently struck down the law which penalized Adultery. Section 497 of The Indian Penal Code criminalized extramarital sex where the Man who committed extramarital sex were to be punished with imprisonment of five years. The basic ground for striking down this colonial-era law was Right to Equality to women and the fact that women are still treated as the property of their husbands. The five-judge bench in their judgment said ‘Its time to say that husband is not the master of his wife”.

Under this section, there was no consideration to Women’s will or consent. Women were not to be punished under this law but the husband could sue the man who had sexual relations with their wife, even if the wife had consented to it. On the other hand, the women couldn’t prosecute her husband or those with whom their husband is having extramarital affairs.
Now that this 158-year-old law has been struck down, extramarital sex is no longer an offence, but it still remains as a valid ground for divorce.

2. LGBT Community

LGBT

The Supreme Court of India recently struck down section 377 of  The Indian Penal Code which penalized “Carnal Intercourse against the order of Nature”. There has been a constant debate and demand for the rights of people who belong to the LGBT community which comprises of 7-8% of the Indian population. The argument was that the language used in section 377 was violative of fundamental rights of the LGBT community.

Section 377 was created during 1860 and manifested the mindset and societal values of people back in the Victorian Era, who considered sexual activities mainly for procreation of life. But it fails to consider that Homosexuality, bisexuality and other sexual orientation are natural and expresses individualism of people.

In the previous judgement, it was contended that other sexual orientations are neither a mental defect nor a physical defect. Right after the judgment came in there was seen a huge celebration from the LGBT community for getting their fundamental rights after years of struggle.

3. The entry of Women in Temple

Kerala’s Sabarimala Temple prohibited the entry of Women in the temple of age 10-50 years. The Supreme Court of India recently lifted this ban saying ‘Devotion cannot be subjected to gender discrimination’. The five-judge bench gave 4:1 judgment where Justice Indu Malhotra contended that The Supreme Court shouldn’t determine which religious practice is to be struck down or not. The issues with deep religious beliefs should not be tinkered with in order to maintain a secular atmosphere in the country.

The temple worships Lord Ayyapan a “Naishtika Bramhchari” or celibate for life. Hence women of the menstruating age were prohibited from entering the temple.
Although even after the judgment on lifting this ban, there has been constant frowning by people of Kerala and especially the Priests of the Temple on the entry of women in the temple.

4. Aadharcard Compulsion

There has been a constant debate on Right to Privacy ever since Aadhar came into existence. The Supreme Court of India in a five-judge bench ruled that Aadhar is constitutional but there is no compulsion over it for availing government jobs.
The judgment ruled out that through linking Aadhar- PAN is necessary but banks and Telecom companies cannot compel people to link their bank accounts or phone numbers with Aadhar.

Hence now if one is required to open a bank account or issue a new mobile number for themselves they cannot be compelled to provide their Aadhar details for verification of identity.

SEX. GONORRHEA, Now What? Sex Ed Time!

0

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted infection that is caused by a microorganism named Neisseria Gonorrhea. Typically any organism can be infected by this greatly infectious microorganism. It is usually seen to attack the genital area but sometimes can also attack the throat and the anus. If the ways of transmission are not clear, then just too elaborate that it can spread to the throat by oral sex and spread to the anus by anal sex.

GONORRHEA - A Sexually Transmitted Disease!

This disease can also be found in the rectum of some women since it is passed through the vagina. In addition, gonorrhea is also seen to affect the eyes of human beings, with a thin transparent inflectional layer covering the eyes and inner eyelids.

PEEK-A-BOO!!

GONORRHEA - A Sexually Transmitted Disease!

Most of us would often be wondering that how would a person end up with such a disease in the first place. The bacteria of this disease cannot survive in temperature outside the human tissue; this means that it can be transmitted only through close sexual contact. This means that the bacteria can find its way to your body through vaginal, oral or anal intercourse.

GONORRHEA LIKES WOMEN MORE!

Women Sobbing

The prevalence of this disease is higher in the female sex as compares to the opposite gender. However, the symptoms of gonorrhea are very difficult to find in women and the treatment is much more intricate once diagnosed. The sad part about his disease is that sometimes the symptoms may not even be visible enough to be diagnosed. That is you just may have the infection without feeling that anything is wrong.

WHEN DO YOU KNOW YOU HAVE GONORRHEA?

Men and women both start experiencing a sore throat once the infection sets in and start having discharge from the rectum accompanied by some itching in the places that have been infected with gonorrhea. However, the symptoms may vary to some extent in men and women.

Men start experiencing the symptoms about two to ten days after being infected. The first symptom is a slight burning sensation while passing urine which in later stages becomes as painful as passing razor blades. This is followed by creamy pus-like discharge from the tip of the penis.

In women, symptoms are usually not noticeable in a long time which makes the infection undetected for longer. However few of the symptoms that women experience are fever, pain while urinating, abdominal pain and unusual discharge from the vagina.

AFTER- EFFECTS OF GONORRHEA

10 to 20% of the women who have gonorrhea start getting the infection spread into the fallopian tube causing inflammation known as “salpingitis”. This becomes prominent in the first menstrual cycle following the infection. Salpingitis is also another form of PID (pelvic inflammatory disease). This sort of disease often results in either infertility or ectopic pregnancy which puts the mother’s life at risk.

Gonorrhea leads to infertility in men as well. This disease results in inflammation of the thin tube from the testes to the vas deferens, the place where the sperms mature; scientifically termed as epididymis. This results in swelling of the tube which is quite painful and in turn results in infertility in the long term if left untreated.

Science 101: How Pokemon Game Helped Neuroscientists and Psychologists

0

Pokemon Go

Analyzing the brains of adults who played Pokémon as kids, researchers found that this set of people possess a brain area that is stimulated markedly more by cartoon characters than to other varieties of pictures. This research methodology has further furnished us unprecedented profundity into the brain’s organization of amassed visual information. This generality is crucial to the neurological study.

In the first stage of the experimental trials, they quizzed all of the participants on the names of pokémon to make sure the poke-connoisseurs surely knew their Dodrios from their Dugtrios. Henceforth, they scanned the participants’ brains while showing them photographs of all the original 150 pokémon, in sets of eight, amongst other images, like those of animals, dung, cars, words, galleries and other toons. Among experienced players, a particular region responded definitively and consistently strongly to the images of pokémon than those of other objects or things. For such subjects, who were uninitiated in the myriad terminologies of poke-logy, this region, the occipitotemporal sulcus which is frequently responsible for processing animal images, didn’t exhibit a preference for pokémon over other animals.

Usually, children, as their brains are still pliable, are rigorously taught to recognize a new visual stimulus and then it is observed as to which brain region reacts to it. Study co-author Jesse Gomez, a postdoctoral fellow in psychology at the University of California at Berkeley, was inspired by this type of research on monkeys. But “it seems a little bit unethical to have a kid come in and trap them for eight hours a day and have them learn a new visual stimulus,” Gomez says. Teaching a new visual stimulus is an arduous and fastidiously-controlled procedure. It is to be ensured that all test subjects are subjected to the very same picture with the fairly exact same brightness and viewed from the same distance of viewing, and it needs to be recurrently impressed upon their minds, warranting repeated viewing.

“I spent almost as much time playing that [1990s original Game Boy Pokemon] game as I did the reading and stuff, at least for a couple of years when I was six and seven,” Gomez says. For everyone in that generation, they all saw the same images (static black-and-white pokémon), and most of them poised the device about 12 inches away from their eyes, thus constituting an ideal empirical trial, fulfilling all prerequisites.

These inferred findings substantiate a hypothesis called “eccentricity bias,” which proposes that the dimensions of the pictures one is looking at and whether one is looking at it with central or peripheral vision will determine which area of the brain will respond to the relevant stimulus. This particular region is associated with people looking directly at an image. Since everyone obviously played their games, gazing at it with their central-most vision, this requisite was ticked off.

Indian Government’s Plan for Cryptocurrency Investment

Cryptocurrency a form of digitalized currency or electronic ledger to be more accurate which was introduced as Bitcoin in 2009 and is now on the verge to get banned in India due to many reasons. The concept of Cryptocurrency is volatile and hence it was still a new concept for the major part of the world to just shift to a digitalized currency who no one holds accountable for.

bitcoin

Bitcoin is been under surge for a while now and its profitability and accessibility is relative. For example Bitcoin since December 2017 has seen a downfall of 4X. But despite the surge of Bitcoin as much as $5.2K Cryptocurrency has given some plausible returns on investments as compared to the returns in commodities like oil and gold from the when compared to past years.

Cryptocurrency Should be Banned – IEPF

IEPF

The Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority, under the ministry of corporate affairs, has taken the job of protecting the interest of investors. In their latest statement in Moneycontrol, they have openly given a statement about favouring the ban of Cryptocurrency. According to Anurag Agarwal, IEPF CEO “Cryptocurrencies are like Ponzi schemes and must be banned. When it comes to investor protection, the IEPF has to take a stand against certain things. Against Ponzi schemes, we are taking a stand,”

Not only IEPF but The Finance Ministry also sees Cryptocurrency as a threat. In December a statement from the Finance Ministry was released which read “The price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies (virtual currencies) is entirely a matter of mere speculation resulting in spurt and volatility in their prices. There is a real and heightened risk of investment bubble of the type seen in Ponzi schemes which can result in sudden and prolonged crash exposing investors, especially retail consumers losing their hard-earned money.”

India Introducing Bill to Ban Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency

Now Indian government seems keen on the Ban of Cryptocurrency in its entirety. A committee has been formed to take all the necessary consultations on a bill called  “Banning of Cryptocurrencies and Regulation of Official Digital Currencies Bill 2019”. According to the government, there has been a hostile approach towards Cryptocurrency and hence there is an urgent need to ban this digital currency.

Earlier in this year, Supreme Court had already given directions to the government and a time period of four weeks to come up with a plan in order to ban Cryptocurrency. According to the Economic Times, the bill is now being circulated in the appropriate government to discuss and come up with a sorted plan.

The bill is being taken seriously as there are millions at state. Over four Ministry including the Finance Secretary, Subhash Chandra Garg, the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPF) are working together on the preparation of the bill discussion various matters over it.

Indian Parliament

Previously there had been speculations that the government could ban Cryptocurrency under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), also there were speculations that the government is looking up to bring in policies in order to regulate the digital currency and is planning to set up a committee regarding the same.

Recently the Economic Times reported that “The ministry of corporate affairs has in its feedback to the department of economic affairs pointed out the sale purchase and issuance of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Etherium & Cashcoin, etc. are being done by individuals and companies on false inducements of massive returns. Such schemes are neither transparent nor do they fall within any regulated legal framework. Many of them are run as Ponzi schemes, it said adding that these schemes were being used to defraud gullible investors”

RBI in their statement said that Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency are nothing but a sham. The entities which are regulated by it cannot provide service to any individual or business dealing or settling with virtual currencies. It is clear to see that Indian government while looking at the far future plans to safeguard their investors from this worldwide web of Cryptocurrency and hence plans on bringing about a Ban on Cryptocurrency. While many countries are still taking huge advantage of this digitalized money, the constant surge in Bitcoin shows that its future is near.

A Simple Guide To Staying Healthy and Managing Stress

0

‘Life is a Race’ we’ve all heard this saying growing up at least once, and it’s true to many extents. Today’s life is full of hustle and bustle, there isn’t any job or any work that doesn’t require hours of undivided attention in order to succeed. And in this rush people forget to take care of themselves which as a result causes physical and mental strain.
Stress has become a vital part of the life of working people and whatever we do we just can’t ignore the fact that most of the people are stressed through their day. Physical health is interrelated with mental health and hence taking care of one leads to the betterment of the subsequent another. And if you also wish to work efficiently with a balanced mind and a happy heart, here’s a simple guide to staying healthy and managing stress.

1. Avoiding Caffeine and Nicotine

Coffee and Nicotine

Many working people under stress get indulged in taking lots of caffeinated or nicotine. But caffeine makes individuals dehydrated, it can make you feel energetic for short while but leaves your body exhausted later. Changing these habits will show you noticeable results. Use water and herbal tea instead of caffeinated drinks which will help in an overall reduction in stress, making you feel light and helping you cope better with stressful situations.

2. Make Physical Activity a Routine

Workout

Everyday indulging in physical activity even for 30 minutes can change your overall stress. Due to stressful situations, there is an increase in stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol in the body.

This makes you feel exhausted even after getting a good night sleep and hence it is important to release these hormones and increase the flow of feel-good hormones like endorphins and dopamine. Indulging in physical activity daily even for a short while can do that trick. A little cardio or dance routine every day will help you manage your stress better.

3. Taking Charge of Stress

Stress management

Getting stressed easily can make simple and easy to handle situations feel like an impossible task. In such situations, it is important to take charge of your stress and not let it overpower you. Stress can really hinder the working efficiency of anybody and hence it depends on person to person how they deal with it.  Come up with problem-solving techniques and vary the pros and cons which will help you deal with stressful situations easily.

4. Trying Relaxation Techniques

relaxing

There comes a time in a day where you may feel like you cannot go on anymore. In such situations of break down, relaxation techniques will help you cope better. Try to relax and calm yourself for 5-10 minutes. Indulge in something relaxing like music or meditation. It will soothe your mind and restart it to work more efficiently. In stressful situations take a minute to relax and then going about it will really make a difference.

5. Getting Proper Sleep

Proper Sleeping Schedule

Lack of proper rest and sleep is the biggest reason for stress in a lot of adults today. Not having a proper 7 to 8 hours of sleep is a sign of an unhealthy lifestyle which really affects your brain. Resting your mind and body properly is important as it rejuvenates the body and increases dopamine levels in the body which overall helps to deal with the stressful situation easily. Hence if you’re stressed more than often try getting a night of proper sleep.

6. Prioritize Yourself

priorities

There are times when you might not feel up to it, take a day off or not do something, don’t. Prioritize yourself and take out time for yourself. If you make plans to go out and don’t feel like going, learn to say no. If you feel ill, and don’t feel like going to work, take your day off. Taking out time for yourself, self-loving and caring is important and it helps with dealing with stressful situations in a proper manner.

Stress is a serious question in a lot of lives today and it’s important to not take it lightly. Managing stress is important as it overall leads to the healthiness of individuals, physical and mental. Next time whenever you feel stressed, just try to ‘let it go’ as maybe the work you do defines you but more importantly if there’s no ‘you’ then there’s no reputation, bank balance or status quo that really matters.

Season 8, Episode 5, “The Bells.” This is one of the episodes we have been waiting for seeing the fight between two queens who are crazy about the iron throne. Let’s see who wins? Naah we know dragon queen will for obvious reasons.

The episode started on with a bang with our very well known gossiper having the taste of his medicine well Lord Varys was very eager to overthrow Dany but how can you defeat the mother of dragons. Poor Varys just turned into ashes, the death of Varys was just a start to a very sad day in the realm.

However, Tyrion made every single effort to stop this war and save his palace and people such a sweetheart this little dwarf is but brains didn’t work here queens dragon and anger surpasses everything. No love no mercy only war was the solution, Dany gave a really hard time to Cersei.

And our very beloved Hero of the season Arya and the hound headed towards kings landing to kill Cersei. But she was left struggling in the streets of Kings landing saving her life from the mess Dany had made.

It keeps us wondering, Why on the earth does this little girl has to do all the killings first the white walker and now bitch Cersei. Claps for the girl’s talent poor Arya. this episode 5 was all about dragon queen, she didn’t let Arya win the show this time, she wanted to be more of a bitch than Cersei is on her own kingdom. She spared none, she burnt the whole city down even after they ranged the mercy bell.

Poor Jon couldn't do anything to Mad Queen's rage

A long-awaited moment for Dragon queen we understand your anger. But poor Jon was shocked seeing the love of her life being so cruel and being the good man he is he wanted it all to stop but there was no stopping the dragon queen. Indeed Cersei failed this time but the love of her life didn’t fail their love Jamie again came back to save Cersei but it was too late at the end the brother-sister love story buried in their own castle.

So with one episode left of this amazing series of Game of Thrones, the obvious part here is with these bunch of people killing each other, being busy winning the wars, Sansa would lead and win the iron throne. No doubt the stark sisters are really worth it all.
